Checks must be made out to 'Progress Rail Locomotive Inc.'. Failure to issue a check or Purchase order two weeks before class will result in a 10% Late Class Fee.
For classes that a student has paid for and finds out they will not be able to attend and advises the Progress Rail Customer Training Center by phone or email 3 days or earlier will receive a 80% Refund.
If the Training Center receives no notification from the student or their company that they will not be attending class............there will be NO REFUND. Currently, Progress Rail does not accept Credit Cards.
Lodging, transportation, and subsistence expenses are the responsibility of the student or employer. Lunch will be provided daily for classes held at Progress Rail Customer Training Center.
